Setting Considerations
Customer service and professionalism are key, as well as teamwork. Participants expect a quality experience, and you should do your best to deliver it.
For each activity, you may want to prepare a checklist, to make sure that everything goes according to plan.
Attend all meetings on time, and let the front desk know about the day’s activities, so they can let guests know about them ahead of time.
